The best Italian restaurants.
It can seem strange, but when you talk about meat, of course of quality, in northern Italy you talk about the Fior di Loto Restaurant in Puegnago del Garda, managed by Mrs. Roberta and situated in the beautiful setting of the lakes Sovenigo, where in summer Lotus flowers bloom and quiet reigns.
Do not forget, from the beginning, that everything that you will enjoy comes from a research and a selection of noble raw materials in constant evolution as well as the twenty years of experience and professionalism, which enabled us to achieve significant recognition and appreciation not only in Italy.
Our meats, which come from all over the world, are expertly prepared by our chef Amedeo Panni, who lovingly follows the product from the slaughter to the arrival, and, with an expert eye, depending on the type of breed of the animal, he decides to bring the maturation to 25, 30 and even over 40 days, or until the optimum time to be served.
Only in this way, even the simple grilling cooking, the oldest among the techniques of cooking, enhances like no others the extraordinary flavor of our meat.
