Our story begins in 1967 when parents Bruno and Nerina started the business of the restaurant. The curiosity and enthusiasm of Giorgio and Ami, then, made the venue grow up to be a point of reference in the city of Trieste and beyond.
After the last restoration, the local has been completely renovated with two rooms brightened by a huge fireplace and a large terrace, partly covered, also suitable to host receptions and banquets.
You will find place in our large car park. The access and services are designed for people with mobility problems.
To pay the bill, more or less 50 € for a full meal (excluding wine), we accept all credit cards.
The service is also offered in English and Slovenian languages. Open all year, Scabar is closed on Mondays.
