The La Bottega di Trimalcione restaurant was founded at the end of 1997, with the clear intention to abstract from the traditional dining and to make gourmets taste a different cuisine, which is not to say exoticism and special processings, or only rarely, but a kitchen that exceeds the banality but retains the simplicity and the identity of the original flavors and scents of its ingredients.
