The venue owes its name to the ancient beam supporting the ceiling of this old tavern in the village of Pagnano. The bar is still nowadays a meeting place of the people of the village, for a game of cards and a glass of wine. Characteristic is the beautiful veranda overlooking the inner garden, a valuable source of coolness in the warmer season.
