The old Tavern Da Gianna is still there, after many years and many urban upheavals in the historic center. At the helm Ms. Gianna, who embodies and offers the simplicity typical of the Genoese cuisine. There are always the classics of tradition, fried anchovies and cuttlefish buridda next to creative pasta dishes such as linguine with eggplant and calamari sauce, lasagna with asparagus and red mullet.
