In the heart of Ferrara, at a stone’s throw from the Cathedral, in an ancient palace dating back to the fifteenth century, for over 50 years Trattoria da Noemi has been putting tradition in the table: all the typical dishes of Ferrara, made today with the same recipes, the same passion and the same love for the genuineness of the past.
Originally run by Mrs. Noemi, the restaurant is now managed by her daughter Maria Cristina, the true soul of the place, who personally oversees the preparation of each dish: from pasta, rigorously hand–made and stretched with a rolling pin, to the Tenerina pie, one of the many specialties of this place.
