And exactly the phrase "chèl che passa él convent" on the menu embodies the spirit of the kitchen: a selection of salami and cold cuts, cheese, Malfatti al Bagoss, Casoncelli, homemade pastas, beef in oil, stuffed rabbit, ribs of lamb, Polenta that is always present.
