Italy
The Fink Restaurant, a venue with more than 110 years of tradition, in full historic center, is a rustic and family environment, with typical of South Tyrol furniture.

We are under the Portici Minori in the historic heart of the town of Bressanone, and by us you can enjoy coffee of excellent quality, cakes and pastries prepared in our bakery. Or rather, would you prefer to accompany your Espresso coffee with chocolates selected out of a large assortment of homemade sweets?

In spring, the traditional Easter Focaccia is prepared, in summer, hot wafer with strawberries, in fall an infinite variety of krapfen and in the winter is the famous Zelten – a typical dessert of the Christmas period – is baked. We strongly believe in the importance to use local and seasonal quality products, and are faithful to the producers in the area offering our guests venison ham by the butcher of Lüsen and the typical hard bread from Velturno. This attention of ours in the choice of local products not only manifests itself during the themed culinary weeks, like the festival of good food in the Eisacktal known by the name of "Eisacktaler Kostoppure", the gastronomic excursions around Bressanone, events called Kuchlkirchtig, but in the entire course of the year.

Is there something else tempting to you? Would you like to taste some South Tyrolean specialties enriched with scents of Italian cuisine? You can sit in the cozy and simple rooms with old arched ceilings on the ground floor or in the Menhir room and in traditional Eisacktal room on the first floor, where the most accurate and sophisticated atmosphere dominates.

This does not mean that the spaces on the ground floor have less to offer than the rooms on the first floor! Absolutely not! In addition to hot meals served on the ground floor throughout the day, you are offered ice cream, cakes, coffee, and a buffet of fresh homemade bread.

During the long summer evenings, you can sit at the tables set up outdoors in the pedestrian area of Brixen and enjoy our delicious dishes observing the animated city life. Even in winter, our restaurant opens its doors to the streets of the town, when the first day of the year we offer the traditional krapfen with brulè wine and hot apple juice.

Come visit us, the doors will be open to welcome you with our most warm welcome!
