Enoproject srl A consultancy company active throughout the national territory, with over 30 companies followed from Tuscany to Friuli, passing through Marche, Umbria, Veneto up to Puglia, Calabria and Sardinia. We provide wineries with wine and viticulture assistance, as well as wide-ranging advice, concerning both the development of the entire wine production chain and marketing aspects.

Le vigne di Clementina Fabi

The farm "Le Vigne di Clementina Fabi" was born from a family wine tradition; has its origins in the small territory of Montedinove (AP) at the end of the 19th century, when the Fabi family bought some farms there. Here he practices the peasant art by planting the vineyards which, in the descendants, still contribute to produce the grapes from which we obtain our wines. In 2008, after two centuries of exercise at the "genius loci", it was decided to enhance this story: Clementina and her family founded "Le Vigne di Clementina Fabi". Azienda Clementina Fabi Ancient history, modern technology, organic culture: we produce and transform the grapes obtaining products of character because they are grown by interpreting a terroir, unique and unrepeatable like that of Montedinove located in the hinterland of the Marca Picena, a few kilometers from the Adriatic Sea, feet of the Sibillini Mountains at 600 m asl.

Amorim Cork Italia

Amorim Cork Italy, based in Conegliano (Treviso), the Italian branch of the Amorim Group, confirmed itself as the country's market leader in 2018. With its 42 employees and a sales force of 35 agents, in 2018 it recorded over 590,000,000 caps sold for a growing turnover of 62 million euros (almost 8% compared to 2017). Its leadership is due to a solid technical-commercial network distributed throughout the peninsula, an effective pre and post sales assistance service but also at the forefront of its production and management systems and above all of its Research & Development department, to which a strong sensitivity is associated for the protection of the environment and in particular for the protection of cork forests. The look to the future sees an increasingly solid alliance between Technology and Nature, with important results also in terms of social sustainability: with the Ethical project, Amorim Cork Italia has in fact completed the first virtuous circle of the whole nation, creating a grain for green building generated by used caps and collected by non-profit organizations that join the initiative and receive a contribution from the company for their projects. With the Eticork initiative, on the other hand, it has introduced a recognition for wineries that assume virtuous attitudes in their daily activities.

The cellar was founded at the beginning of 1900 in Montalbano, a small territory in the Tuscany region that holds, still intact, all the noble characters of these ancient lands: romantic parish churches and small medieval villages with their towers, extended olive groves and vineyards, dotted by solitary cypresses, elegant and magnificent Medici villas close to laborious farmlands, in the waft of Leonardo da Vinci discrete genius.


The vineyards of Fattoria Betti are grown on clay soil, located 150-200 metres above sea level. Mostly the vineyards are planted to Sangiovese, Cabernet, Trebbiano, Canaiolo Nero and Merlot.
They are cultivated using the spurred cordon systems, and processed through partial grassing and organic fertilizers.
Once optimum ripeness is achieved, all grapes are hand harvested and meticulously sorted.

Our wines are the result of a deep passion and pride for our splendid territory. We
combine modern technologies with the ancient art of winemaking, taking particular care to express regional fruit characteristics with the subtle use of oak.

Fattoria di Poggiopiano - Galardi

Tuscany has always been a land of great Wines and great Oils... ...not at all "Chianti" is the spark that lights up all over the world the hearts of lovers of the good Cuisine.

And it is right passion for the Land, for good Wine and for Olive Oil that in 1935 led the brothers Carlo and Alberto Galardi, descendants of a family of Florentine merchants, to buy the estate of Poggiopiano.

Mauro is still keen to tell the family management, the desire to do and to be able to build, the commitment to maintain traditions while taking due consideration of all the improvements related to the progress in the wine and olive oil extraction fields, which characterized these years. His plan gives other people the opportunity to share his passion: the land and its fruits, Wine and Oil; to bring joy to those who seek for the tranquility and serenity of the countryside. The same conviction of his predecessors guides Mauro in this project: the pursuit of quality. And like them, he is constantly studying an searching for technological innovations. The traditional family passion for mechanics and his scientific training have been and continue to represent the indispensable complement and support in the realization of his project.





Agriturismo Fattoria di Poggiopiano

The stay in a farmhouse inn allows tourists to relax in pristine environments, to observe closely nature and to discover the genuine and healthy taste of the Tuscan cuisine.

During the renovation of the farmhouse and the barn, as in the construction of the "small Tavern", used as a breakfast room, the goal has always been to create an as healthy as possible environment, in harmony with the environment and respecting the surrounding habitat. Where possible, the basic lines of green building have been followed, involving the use of natural materials and energy–saving systems. Hot water is produced by solar panels and a photovoltaic system on the new winery of the farm produces electricity, with net metering.

Poggiopiano is the place where you will find lots of tranquility, fascinating views of the landscape and a strong appeal to nature and simplicity: you can meet deer, hares, wild boars, squirrels, you can see hawks circling in the sky and fireflies shine in the warm summer evenings. It is the ideal place to get away for a while!

Erminio Campa

For over three generations, continuing the wise experience handed down by Nonno Francesco and Papa Angelo, our company has been producing grapes from the autochthonous vineyards owned in the heart of Salento. The company is located in the province of Taranto, in the municipality of Torricella, a typical area of the Primitivo di Manduria, about 3 km from the Ionian Sea, in the "Li Cameli" and "Li Janni" districts, from which our best are named. wines. The company has a total area of about 20 hectares, and produces exclusively Primitivo di Manduria. The vines, mainly cultivated with “Apulian sapling”, grow on medium-clayey soils and on “red earth” soils, benefit from the sun and a mild and breezy climate; these elements, alone, already favor the production of grapes of the highest quality and important gradations. In addition to the earth and the climate, together with my brothers Francesco and Valentino, we personally take care of the cultivation of the vineyards which is carried out with modern techniques, but with the utmost attention to ecological and biological balances, and with great respect for the environment and for plants. The work in the vineyard is meticulous: after the careful pruning phase, in good time, the bunches are thinned and exposed to the sun to have a selected maximum production of 50-60 quintals per hectare. The harvest is done by hand, with care and delicacy, and with a further meticulous selection of the best bunches. Fermentation, vinification and maturation take place in stainless steel tanks, at a thermo-controlled temperature, and the aging takes place in the bottle for at least six months. Erminio Campa

Tenuta Guardian produces quality wines and sparkling wines starting from grapes from its own hillside vineyards where the vine is grown with skill and experience handed down over generations.

Cantina Vinicola Zohlhof

The vineyards of the "Zöhlhof" are cultivated according to biological principles. The Zöhlhof and its vineyards are located on a "ridge" on the west side of the Isarco Valley and every morning they see the sun rise at about 600 meters above sea level. The soft and permeable earth is composed of a mixture of sand, gravel and “Klausit” and gives life to the wines: AURUM This Cuvee combines the traditional whites of the typical Isarco Valley vineyards: Mueller-Thurgau, Sylvaner and Gewürztraminer. The vinification takes place by classic fermentation of white wine in first choice steel barrels. The white wine is delicate and presents itself in its green-yellow color and recalls a bouquet of wild roses together with a note of muscat and the scent of fresh hay. The taste is full, rich, sparkling with a hint of pleasant freshness. Aurum is ideal as an aperitif and a perfect companion for delicate South Tyrolean cuisine. EISACKTALER GEWÜRZTRAMINER The Gewürztraminer turns out to be green-yellow with reddish reflections. Its flavor is pronounced in character and the scent clearly recalls wild roses, dried fruit, muscat and other noble spices. It is ideal for an aperitif and remains the perfect companion for appetizers, first courses and any dish of both European and Oriental cuisine. zSYLVANER Sylvaner is a pleasantly crisp white wine. The color is light yellow with greenish reflections. The nose is fresh and fruity and reminiscent of freshly cut grass. The flavor has hints of gooseberry and peach. Sylvaner is ideal as an aperitif or served with asparagus and fish dishes. Serving temperature: 10-12 ° C. REGIUS The Regius is made from the Portuguese Blue vineyard. This bright cherry red wine after fermentation is left to rest in large wooden barrels to refine its quality. The aroma recalls the tender perfume of violets; the taste is fruity and refreshing with soft tannin sounds. Due to its light type, it is well suited to tagliatelle, white meats, delicate cheeses and the typical “South Tyrolean cutting boards”.

The DONNA CATERINA farm was born and consolidated in the area between the Piave river and the hills of Conegliano. Located in Vazzola, a flat and fertile land, suited to viticulture, the company is affected by the strong territoriality and ancient traditions that still survive. From this reality, over the course of several generations, a product rich in history and passion was born. The wines derive exclusively from land worked directly by the company by qualified and expert winemakers. The vine is cultivated with care and dedication, confident that the best results do not derive from intensive practice but from an important evaluation of that delicate balance that exists between plant, soil and climate. The goal is the search for the ideal balance in the field that results in an important wine, strong in the harmony of its aromas and flavors. To this day this mentality is still alive, training, agronomic knowledge and oenological innovations are fundamental requisites to obtain the excellent level of quality of one's wines. Father and son, both oenologists, trained and graduated from the Conegliano oenological school, the most renowned and prestigious in Italy. Even the winery of the company is always ready to innovate technologically, investing in the latest generation of winemaking machinery and recently starting a structural adjustment of the plant. A necessary step given the production growth of the company that takes place gradually and measured with an eye always turned to the origins.

Aldo Venco

Aldo Venco was born in June 1954 and has always lived in Oltrepò Pavese. He graduated as an oenologist in Alba in 1974, and obtained the title of oenologist in 1992 with the Patria law. After consolidated experience in Piedmontese cellars, in 1994 he founded the AMPELIDEA associated studio with Dr. Giuseppe Zatti. Currently they carry out consultancy in Italy and abroad. The laboratory attached to the study deals with analysis and research and is directed by Dr. Elisa Venco. Aldo has always collaborated actively with the Italian Oenologists and Enotechnicians Association of which today he is national councilor and President of the Lombardy and Liguria section. The work philosophy is to produce wines in each wine-growing area that enhance the intimate characteristics of the grape variety and the territory. In his work Aldo combines the knowledge of the most modern technologies with respect for ancient traditions and always in saving chemical products. Aldo has a passion for Italian literature, for sports and for traveling around the world for work and for pleasure.

The new winery comes to life in 2002 in the heart of the DOC and DOCG Venetian production, from the necessity of the cellar master Vittorino Valent to find a personal reality, free and fertile, in order to express his viticultural and winemaking experience at the highest levels. A man who has always believed strongly in his land and in the close contact between man and nature.



A bond rooted in his childhood and living in his insights. His vocation is clear, decisive and carnal, is to want to bring back traditional flavours in a modern dimension that can push and inspire new and old generations to the curiosity and the deepening of their territory. Intentions and ideals that he shares with satisfaction and great harmony with his two sons Daniele and Roberto.



We thought it was important to respect the career of our plants. Our vineyards are restored by qualified operators, not just replaced. A journey that lasts a lifetime. A breeding method that produces much less grapes per plant but ensures a more rich in sugar and extracts raw material and a structured high–quality final product.



Ours is a unique and recognizable style in the territory, a reality made by people who from the field to the glass are constantly working to get the most and who are not afraid to take their responsibilities in every choice. We studied a line of Wines that hugs the new demands of the consumer in terms of reliability, environmental respect and sensory satisfaction. All without compromising in the confusion of a frenzied and rude market.
