Campania Stories 2025: Vesuvius welcomes the new vintages of the great Campania wines
From May 18 to 21, the extraordinary setting of Vesuvius will host the 2025 edition of Campania Stories , an event dedicated to the presentation of the new vintages of Campania wines. Over 90 wineries will participate in the event organized by Miriade & Partners, with the support of the Campania Region and AIS Campania. Sunday 18 will open with a visit to the Gran Cono and the official reception of the press at the Palazzo Mediceo di Ottaviano. The tastings will take place at Villa Signorini (Ercolano), with a focus on rosés and reds (May 19) and whites (May 20), along with tours of the region's wineries.
Aperitivo Festival Milano 2025: Italians faithful to spritz
From May 9th to 11th Milan hosts the Aperitivo Festival , which confirms the deep bond of Italians with this ritual. According to CGA by Niq, 46% of Italians have an aperitif at least once a month, while 13% do it several times a week. The GDO marks 200 million euros for the “aperitif vermouth” sector, but it is a boom for sparkling wines, gin and ready to drink: 4.2% in value.
PNS Vino Sicilia: scrolling of applications for the restructuring of vineyards
The Sicilian Region announces the scrolling up to position 1336 of the aid applications admitted to DRS 200/2025 within the OCM Wine call. In consideration of the agronomic activities already started, a derogation from circular no. 1/2023 has been authorized for the 2024/2025 Campaign.
