Sant'Ambrogio di V.lla – Verona, 18 May 2023 The Consortium for the Protection of Valpolicella Wines and the company Famiglie Storiche communicate that they have settled all pending disputes between them, concerning the use of the DOCG “Amarone della Valpolicella”. Consortium and Famiglie Storiche share the goal of acting, each within the scope of their competence, for the development of the DOCG "Amarone della Valpolicella" and the other denominations of Valpolicella, promoting a climate of fair competition between producers, mutual respect, collaboration and dialogue ; reiterate the importance of defending the DOCG "Amarone della Valpolicella" and of the other appellations of the territory and their promotion in Italy and abroad, with the aim of promoting their knowledge and consolidating their success, in the interest of all the collectivity.
