One hundred Italian wineries and eleven consortia of wine came together in the name of magmatic lands.
Many Wines that come from black magmatic lands united under the "Volcanic Wines" brand, a new collective mark that takes the place of the Vulcania format, conceived by the Soave Consortium five years ago.
From Nerello Mascalese to Ciliegiolo, from Garganega to Grechetto, through Falanghina, the grapes that grow on this land are able to produce aromatic substances with organoleptic qualities that are very different from those that calcareous or alluvial soils would give: a "magmatic" line present in different glasses, that are the litmus test of the territory from which they come.
Since three days traveling in the territory of the great volcanic complex of Vulsini, among Montefiascone, Pitigliano and Orvieto, it has allowed to celebrate the new record, which has seen the participation of the following consortia: Soave, Lessini Durello, Gambellara, Colli Euganei, Pitigliano, Tuscia, Orvieto, Frascati, Campi Flegrei, Ischia and Etna.
