VinNatur Magazine issue 2 is online

The Association of natural wine growers has published n. 2 of VinNatur Magazine , available to members, the press and readers who are passionate about natural wine in online and free format in the two Italian and English versions. In this edition, introduced by Alessandro Maule 's editorial entitled Our road is all uphill , the logo guaranteeing quality has been available to member winemakers for over two years, designed to identify themselves more simply and clearly on the market. The consultancy Vitenova Vine Wellness presents a study on differential gene expression in a vineyard , while the elegant and poetic pen of Jean-Marc Gatteron, editor of the French magazine Le Rouge & le Blanc , can be appreciated both in the original language and in translation. The calendar of scientific research summarizes the various contributions and main collaborations promoted by the Association from the foundation year to today. Finally, the usual interview , in this issue addressed to the botanist Cristiano Francescato , which explains how spontaneous plants can be indicators of the quality of the vineyard.
