50 winemakers will present their natural wines, "guardians" of harmony, «that – you can read in a note – do not contain additions of substances that are foreign to the fruit of origin and the terroir that generated them in order to restore a healthy balance for the benefit of human health».

«We want to bring to Gubbio these "guardians" and show how it is possible – Bea concluded – to maintain a balanced and harmonious relation between what nature provides and the human techniques of transformation».
