At Pavilion 8 of Vinitaly, the Consortium for the Protection of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore will give lessons that will explain every stage, from the vineyard to the glass, the choice of the bases and the blending of the cuvée.
The course is open to all. The lesson is focused on the basis created in the laboratories of the wine school of Conegliano. There will be also moments of training on service modalities and on the choice of the best glass to enhance aromas. It will also be the perfect occasion to explore the many territorial expressions of the Designation.
