VINIPLUS® 2012: Ais Lombardia promotes Lombard quality.

Viniplus® 2012, the seventh edition of the guide to quality wine production in Lombardy, was presented : 208 companies entered, 680 labels reported, 11 "Rosa d'oro" wines, 19 "Rosa argento"
To curate and edit it: Ais Lombardia.
At the official presentation at The Westin Palace in Milan, the wineries selected within the Guide let the large audience taste the best of their labels.


Ais Lombarida is convinced that Viniplus® is truly a unique guide of its kind as:
1. is dedicated to one region only,
2. it is a consultation tool suitable for professionals and consumers,
3. the tastings were made according to the exclusive Ais method

"Drinking Well, Drinking Responsibly" theme object of the presentation day of our guide and of numerous other activities carried out by our Association - he explains - and we are pleased to note that Lombard companies continue to strive to raise the quality level of their products. Furthermore, AIS Lombardia, in continuity with the last edition, wanted to indicate with the 'Rosa Verde' those wines that do not exceed the limit of 75 mg / l of SO2, a standard considered optimal for health ". Hippocrates said: "Wine is a wonderful thing, appropriate to man, both in health and in sickness, as long as it is taken in the right dose and according to the individual constitution".
