Agea, with circular letter prot. n. ACIU.2012.72 of 20-2-2012 granted an extension to 12 March for the presentation of applications for the measure "Reconversion and restructuring of vineyards" of the wine CMO for the 2011-2012 campaign.
They can apply
1. natural or legal persons who manage vineyards with wine grape varieties.
2. companies that at the time of submission of the application have valid replanting rights or that have activated the procedure for the issue of such rights according to regional procedures.
The general application instructions are governed by Agea circular no. 58 of 23-12-2011.
In the regions of Emilia-Romagna, Veneto, Lombardy and Tuscany, the respective paying agencies give the instructions for submitting applications. therefore these regions are excluded from the deadline of 12 March 2012.
