Vignaiolo Tells: Flor's review. Enoteca Bistrot that gives voice to wine

The best way to get involved in a glass of wine is to listen to the story of those who produce it: with this spirit, Il Vignaiolo tells - Stories of Producers and Wines , Flor's series of meetings was born. | Enoteca Bistrot , in via Govone 38 in Milan, to bring the public ever closer to natural wines and the stories that accompany them. From October 2021 to March 2022 there will be ten evenings with winemakers as protagonists whose bottles find space on the shelves of Flor wine shops. The events will combine stories, tastings and insights , with new discoveries and pleasant confirmations on the wines to be tasted. The first meeting on Tuesday 19 October 2021 at 7.00 pm will see the participation of Daniele Ricci , producer of the Tortonesi Hills, who will tell the background of the work in the vineyard and in the cellar, enriched by some interesting technical details. Ricci will guide those present in the tasting of four of his wines , combined with tastings of gastronomic products selected from small food artisans, thus sharing his proposals for processing Timorasso . “Creating opportunities to meet - comments Giuseppe Rizzo , founding partner of Flor. with Federico Fiori - where to meet the winemakers in person, is a fundamental way to increase the passion for ethical wine, attentive and respectful of those who drink it and those who produce it.
