VENETO AGRICULTURE: THE FINAL DATA FOR THE 2023 HARVEST ON THURSDAY 21 DECEMBER IN LONIGO

The third meeting of the 2023 wine triptych will take place on Thursday 21 December from 10:00 to 12:30 at the Collis Wine Group winery (Lonigo – VI).   highly anticipated focus of the Veneto Region, Veneto Agricoltura and Avepa.

During the conference, the final data of the last 2023 harvest in the Veneto will be presented, divided by production area and type of grape. Furthermore, the state of health of the regional wine sector will be photographed, which promises to be positive: Veneto appears to be, with approximately 15 million quintals of grapes produced and over 12 million hectoliters , the first Region in Italy in 2022 for wine production.

On the subject of exports , in the face of a decline recorded in foreign turnover both at a national (-0.4%) and Venetian (-1.1%) level, evolutionary scenarios and prospects will be shared on the international markets of Italian and Venetian wines and the promotional actions that are implemented in favor of operators.

The event will be attended by the Councilor for Agriculture of the Veneto Region Federico Caner , Nicola Dell'Acqua, director of Veneto Agricoltura,   Nicola Barasciutti of the Agri-food Directorate of the Veneto Region, Luca Furegon of Avepa and   Alessandra Liviero , Economics and Communication manager of Veneto Agricoltura.
