Valpantena: research on zoning

The Valpantena winery is financing the Research Center for Viticulture in Conegliano and the Center for Experimentation in Viticulture in the Province of Verona to develop research on zoning mainly oriented to the evaluation of the morpho-structural characteristics of the grapes.

The study involves the analysis of the link between: wine, place of origin and the most suitable cultivation techniques to maintain this link, as well as the identification and study of ancient vines still present in rare examples.
