Unionbirrai and Despar agreement on craft beer

The relationship between small craft breweries and large retailers tightens. Thanks to the collaboration between Unionbirrai and Despar , the beers of 12 craft brasseries from Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Emilia Romagna and Trentino Alto Adige are already available on the shelves of 39 stores in the brewery's territory. The cooperation between Unionbirrai and Aspiag Service, the Despar brand concessionaire for Triveneto and Emilia Romagna, was created to give artisanal microbreweries the opportunity to reach fans more easily and get in touch with a greater number of customers , also in light of the drop in consumption by the Horeca sector. “This collaboration is a great visibility opportunity for all the small artisans of beer - explains Simone Monetti , National Secretary of Unionbirrai - who will be able to make their beers and their peculiarities known and appreciated by an ever wider public. Together with Despar we have chosen to implement territorial cooperation, in order to make the relationship between the clientele and the brewery more agile: after purchasing the beer we hope that consumers are intrigued to such an extent as to visit it in person to taste the other beers not included in the selection for large-scale distribution ".
