Countdown to the 3rd edition of "Trulli e Mare on Board", the gathering of vintage cars and motorcycles that will take place on Saturday, September 20th, in Porto Cesareo, and then will continue the following day in Leverano.
To the success of the event, "Veteran Club Valle d’Itria" and the "MediterraneaMente" Association of Social Promotion work together. In these two days, participants will visit the Aragonese tower of Torre Lapillo, karst cavities known as "Spunnulate", the Frederick’s tower and a prestigious winery of Leverano. They will have the opportunity to dance the Pizzica of Salento and to assist exceptionally to the creation of a work of Art through the use of wine instead of traditional colors thanks to the presence of the artist Arianna Greco, famous in Italy and abroad for this innovative and original painting technique.
The "live" performance not to be missed will be held on Saturday, September 20th, at 11:00 a.m. in the Vecchia Torre Winery in Leverano. At the same time, participants will taste the same excellent wines used by the Artist.
The event, a friend of Lecce European Capital of Culture 2019, is sponsored by the municipalities of Porto Cesareo and Leverano.
