In Grinzanesi, the world auction of Truffle, a charity auction, takes place. Among the beaten lots, also valuable Barolo and Barbaresco bottles
Today the Castle of Grinzane Cavour (Cuneo) is home to the 15th World Auction of the White Truffle of Alba.
Representatives of haute cuisine, entrepreneurs, finance operators will contend for the lots. The proceeds will be donated to the Piedmontese Foundation for Cancer Research, to other institutions in Cuneo and to the Mother’s Choice Institute.
