There is too much wine in Italy, let's uproot vineyards. So the head of the winemakers wants to save an excellence. In Italy we drink little but we continue to produce too much. Although Italian producers are doing well abroad, overproduction of wine has become a problem on the peninsula. INNOVATION AGRI TOUR 2024 | The challenges for the vineyard of the future. The third stage of the IAT is held at the AgriVar farm in Palazzo di Varignana.
