We have selected the three winners sommelier of "The Pursuit of Excellence" 9th edition , the banning of three scholarships by the distillery Bonaventura Maschio. It deals with Antonio Simone Botega (Enoteca Vinarius De Pasquale - Bari), Giuseppe Matozza (Le Prome - Perugia) and Giacomo Pittaluga (Porto Bello Restaurant - Sestri Levante GE). The purpose of the event promoted by Bonaventua in collaboration with AIS is to encourage young sommelliers to study issues related to the world of distillation. These young sommelier will be awarded Monday, 1rst October at the 46th National Congress of AIS in Rome at the Hotel Cavalieri by Andrea Maschio.
