William, England's most famous new father, bought Tenuta della Selva between Siena and Florence owned by Count Tommaso Masi de Vargas, which boasts 1,000 hectares of estate (700 of which are wooded, and the others divided between vineyards and olive groves), two main complexes of farmhouses used as farm holidays, a Limousine cow farm and three small lakes for sport fishing. Total cost of the operation 25 million euros.
