The world of wine is changing a lot and with it the professionalism required to operate there.
In Dozza on 21 September the book "Il maestro di vino" will be presented, edited by Professor Costantino Cipolla "Il maestro del vino" is a careful reflection on the themes of knowledge which cannot be ignored in order to operate effectively in a sector that projects a territory into a global market. The "wine master" must know the production technique but also the whole cycle of production and consumption of wine.
The wine teacher can be an instrument of a cultural journey both for professionals in the sector and for young people.
From 4.00 pm Professor Cipolla and some of the other authors will be present at the Emilia Romagna Regional Enoteca to present the work done and discuss the main points with those present. A toast will follow.
