The menu of the famous starred Chef Norbert Niederkofler of the St. Hubertus Restaurant in San Cassiano in Badia (BZ) were matched to Endrizzi wines
The starry dinner was accompanied by a selection of the best Endrizzi wines starting from the aperitif with Endrizzi Brut Riserva Pian Castello 2009, fresh winner of the "Corona" of Vini Buoni d’Italia, an authoritative Italian guide published by Touring Club and of the Gold Medal (90 points) assigned by the important German magazine "Selection". The four–course menu included braised Ox Rib with mashed nettle accompanied by the historical cuvée of the Endrizzi House: Masetto Nero 2011, awarded by "Selection" with the Gold Medal (90 points), too.
