The contest for the Best Sommelier Junior 2013 took place: Luca Fusco and Gianluca Franceschini are the winners.
The 2013 edition of the contest "Miglior Sommelier Junior" has experienced a valuable competition among a large group of students from hotel schools.
Luca Fusco for the Under-18 category: student at 'IPSSAR "Pittoni" of Pagani (SA)
Gianluca Franceschini for Over-18. student at IPSSAR "Casini" of La Spezia
The trials and the awards took place at Tenuta Il Borro in San Giustino Valdarno (AR) of the Ferragamo family. The president of the jury was Cristiano Cini, AIS national competitions manager. Other members of the jury were:
-Luca Martini, Best Sommelier of Italy 2009
-Massimo Rossi, AIS Arezzo delegate
-Lorenzo Giuliani, rapporteur and commissioner AIS.
