Speed , precision in decanting and safety led Gianluca Goatelli to the top of the podium of the Ais regional competition held on Monday 18 June at the Le Fracce winery in Mairano di Casteggio (Pavia).
Second place Filippo Gastaldi and on the lowest step of the podium Daniele De Lucia .
After having worked for the last three years at the Capriccio di Manerba, the 2012 champion is currently sommelier of the La Colombera restaurant in Castrezzato (Brescia).
