Already rejected in mid-August by the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region for issues related to bureaucracy, the proposal made by the assembly of the members of the Consorzio Tutela Vini Doc Collio to lower yields by 20% for the 2020 vintage, was reiterated by the Assembly same Friday 28 August with the choice not to regulate the reduction internally.
A decision taken by the members of the Consortium who decided, with 57% of the votes, not to resort to the reduction of yields for the current year.
The 2020 harvest, starting in these days in the denomination, will therefore follow the indications of the reference production disciplinary.
