The appointment, organized by the Municipality of Costigliole d'Asti as part of the collateral events of the Rossobarbera event, will take stock of how much it costs and how much it makes to produce wine in a sustainable way: commitments, certifications, the market and the territory.
The meeting will be moderated by my colleague Ercole Zuccaro and the reports entrusted to experts in the field, who will address the issue of sustainability in viticulture also and above all as an economic opportunity for companies and the territory.
