Standard bearer of Prosecco under 35? The Carpenè Malvolti competition

Carpenè Malvolti presents the Grand Prix Alfiere del Prosecco at Vinitaly on Wednesday 28 March, organized by AIS, the Italian Sommelier Association together with the Conegliano company for sommeliers under 35.

The competition aims to enhance the profession of sommeliers and identify new professionals to be addressed in the wine communication sector for the dissemination and promotion of a vine and a territory characterized by strong values and traditions.

Candidates will also have to discuss an organoleptic tasting of anonymous wines, a food-wine combination, a service test and the correction of a wine list.

The winner will receive a cash prize and the opportunity to represent the company throughout the year.
