Stamps dedicated to wine: on 10th October the 2015 series

On 10th October, in effect, ithe fourth series of stamps dedicated to the Italian wines DOCG, that is designation of controlled and guaranteed origin. will be issued.

As in past years, We are talking about 15 self–adhesive stamps, each dedicated to a different wine. This year Piedmont gets in this round 5 stamps for the same number of wines: Asti, Dolcetto di Diano d’Alba, Gavi, Ghemme, Ovada. Four are those dedicated to Veneto: Friularo di Bagnoli, Asolo Prosecco Superiore, Lison, Recioto della Valpolicella. Tuscany is present with Elba Aleatico Passito and Chianti Classico. The other regions have a wine: Campania (Fiano di Avellino), Lombardy (Valtellina Superiore), Marche (Verdicchio of Matelica) and Puglia (Castel del Monte Rosso Riserva).
