The lights on the stage will be lit at 9 p.m. for the meeting–debate with Cruciani and Parenzo, accompanied by the tasting of the best wines offered by two historical realities of the Veneto wine making scene: the Consortium for the Protection of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco and the Consortium for the Protection of Valpolicella Wines.
Waiting for the highlight of the evening, from 6:30 p.m. upon reservation, in the central hall of Villa dei Cedri a sommelier of AIS Veneto will accompany guests to the tasting of a selection of wineries partner of the event, in conjunction with the cheese of the Consortium for the Protection of Asiago DOP Cheese and the sausages of Salumificio De Stefani. To follow, from 7:30 p.m., always upon reservation, the public has the opportunity to enjoy "guided visits" to the discovery of the sumptuous rooms of the Villa hosting the event and its history.
