The sensory analysis is considered a strategic tool to improve the quality of life according to the International Academy of Sensory Analysis (Iasa).
From this conviction, the idea of Sensory Club comes: a community of people gathered from various bodies in the name of discipline that not only allows to describe and evaluate what is perceived of a product or a service, but also broadens the minds of people towards a more aware, attentive and moderate consumption.
The first Sensory Club was formed by Soldera of Case Basse, a well–famous producer of Brunello di Montalcino.
«The first Sensory Club – Professor Mario Fregoni, President of the Academy, said – could not find a better location: not only it is founded in a company where between research and production there is continuity, but that allows hybridization among the various scientific experiences, and thus fosters the professional and human growth of all participants».
