Already at the helm of the winemakers of Italy, the oenologist Riccardo Cotarella has been appointed President of the Union Internationale des ?nologues.
«It is an important appointment – Riccardo Cotarella explains – for all Italian wine. We have already organized the first meeting, a special event because it falls in the fiftieth anniversary of the International Association, in Milan, that with the coming of Expo represents an essential symbolic act, for putting the Italian creativity in the service of international winemaking».

The Union Internationale des ?nologues is the Federation that groups together and represents at a global level the professional national Associations of technicians in the wine sector, for a total of more than 20,000 technicians working in more than 12,000 different companies.
