A lot with 700 thousand plants was blocked yesterday by freight forwarders because the importer in North Africa, Agromillora Méditerranée, could not reach Tripoli.
Giorgio Giacomelli, Chiairman of the Rauscedo cooperative nurseries (VCR) and Fedagri Friuli Venezia Giulia Confederate Cooperatives stated that «There is great concern among us Vcr operators, already penalized by the wicked choice of the Russian embargo. This lot departing for Libya, from crops in the province of Udine and Rimini, is worth a million 300 thousand euro».
