Puglia wine: the committee to modify Moscato and IGP is underway

The Apulian wine advisory committee, chaired by Fabrizio Nardoni, regional councilor for agriculture, and expressed its favor for the introduction of changes to the Apulian IGP regulations and the sparkling wine making of Moscato wine "if justified by an actual need to extend the winemaking even outside the production areas and, in any case, in an area located in the immediate vicinity or in a neighboring administrative area ".

The committee, in fact, took note of the actual need to sparkle and sparkle Muscat wine. Fabrizio Nardoni, assured that interventions aimed at introducing and modernizing sparkling wine plants will be encouraged as part of the 2014/2020 rural development program.
