The Veneto Region, in agreement with Friuli Venezia Giulia, decided that at least 10% of the Prosecco DOC got from the harvest this year will be stored. In essence, the decree requires that each wine grower excludes the sale of 10% of its production.
The purpose of this Agreement is to allow the management of volumes of Prosecco Doc preventing the depreciation on the market.
