Paris, Innsbruck and Lake Garda are tinged with pink with Chiaretto di Bardolino

Valentine's Day is the occasion to launch the intense season of Chiaretto di Bardolino, the pink wine of Garda Veronese, which will be the protagonist from 11 to 15 February on Lake Garda, in Jesolo, in Innsbruck for Lago di Garda in Love and simultaneously in Paris for Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris . It will then return to the Garda coast in early March with the thirteenth edition of the Anteprima , which will take place between Bardolino and Lazise. “The launch program for the new season of Chiaretto di Bardolino – declares Franco Cristoforetti , president of the Consortium – is truly rich. By now the release of the new vintage of our rosé wine is a moment eagerly awaited by an increasingly large audience of enthusiasts on Lake Garda, in Italy and also abroad, where we are appreciated by international opinion leaders, who reserve us evaluations of absolute prominence". The month of Chiaretto di Bardolino opens on Saturday 11 February at the Dogana Veneta in Lazise (Verona) with the inauguration of Lago di Garda in Love , the traveling exhibition scheduled until Tuesday 14 February in numerous towns in the Garda Veronese area, but also in Ronzone, in Val di Non, in Jesolo, in Montagnana and in Innsbruck. Highlights of the event include a dinner on a boat on Lake Garda, show cooking in the squares of Lazise, Bardolino and Torri del Benaco, presentations of innovative recipes based on apples from Val di Non, Monte Veronese and Chiaretto cheese, and record kisses overlooking breathtaking panoramas, all accompanied by a special edition of 400 bottles of Chiaretto di Bardolino in a limited edition specially created by the Consortium for the protection of Chiaretto and Bardolino. The romantic dinner on the lake scheduled by Navigarda aboard the Tonale motor ship on the evening of 14 February will instead be a delicious opportunity to accompany the table with three wine "first fruits" : it will, in fact, be the first official release of both Chiaré , a Chiaretto Spumante born from an unprecedented consortium project, which brought together some of the major coastal wine brands, both the Chiaretto di Bardolino 2022 , as well as the first presentation to the public of Montebaldo winelovers, the red wine from the Baldense Cru identified as early as 1825 and recently formally returned to the Bardolino production disciplinary. At the same time, the Chiaretto di Bardolino, together with the wines of the three Bardolinese crus Montebaldo, La Rocca and Sommacampagna, will be on stage from 12 to 15 February in the exhibition spaces of Paris Expo Porte de Versailles for Wine Paris & Vinexpo Paris , the event that opens the international fair season. Immediately afterwards we return to the shores of Garda for Corvina Manifesto - The Preview of Chiaretto di Bardolino , which this year is divided into three : Thursday 2 and Friday 3 March the new vintage of Chiaretto di Bardolino will be presented to the press at the Hotel Caesius Terme Spa Resort in Bardolino, while the Dogana Veneta in Lazise will open its doors to the public at the Chiaretto on Sunday 5 March from 10 to 18 and then again to operators on 6 March, on the day reserved for owners of restaurants, hotels, taverns and wine bars. In tasting for the Preview there will be the 2022 vintage with about 100 wines from 40 producers . Also available for tasting are the special editions of Chiaretto aged for one or two years before being placed on the market.
