Everybody talks about Oscar Farinetti, owner of Eataly, who will be the next cover story of Wine Spectator. The April issue of the influential American magazine "Wine Spectator" dedicates its cover to Oscar Farinetti, entrepreneur who has gained a place of prominence in the food and wine sector, and who is conquering the world with his chain Eataly: from Turin to Tokyo... soon in Florence, Chicago and Istanbul.
"Wine Spectator" will talk about Farinetti "bringing Italian wine and food culture to the corners of the world", and of Farinetti "wine producer", with its wineries in Fontanafredda.
The choice could be contested but it certainly brings Italy to a magazine's cover giving it international exposure.
