Organic wine and surroundings: tomorrow, Friday 19th April, an interesting conference in Rome sponsored by Associazione Athenæum - L?Ateneo dei Sapori. The purpose of the meeting is to explore the Italian wine of the third millennium, between nature and culture without ideological excesses as abhor any human intervention in the process, under sentence of naming that "swill", or presumed, to cheesy, sophisticated, unnatural and knockoff drink, with aims of prostration to the dictates of contemporary enology: understood as globalizing, depersonalizing, mortifying and chemically devastating.
The idea is that the wine is "the song of the earth to the sky" respectful of everyone and everything (word of the master Veronelli) without preconceptions towards the progress of agronomists and winemakers who have studied new ways to produce a wine that in nature would not exist.
Organic wine and surroundings comes from the consideration that:
The time to understand more, to confront, to experiment, perhaps to take a stand, has come: to approach in the right way to innovations, even if it has so much of ancient, keeping firmly in mind that, anywhere, the 'nectar of Bacchus' has never been so good before.''.
