The organic Chianti DOCG bottled by Federico Fazzuoli has been presented at the Sana of Bologna, the international fair of organic and natural products, along with ICEA (Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification)
Federico Fazzuoli bottled the first 1,000 bottles of organic and without the addition of sulfites Chianti DOCG of 2013.
«The techniques and technologies of today allow the production of wines that are increasingly healthy and clean – Fazzuoli said – Nowadays, it is known that we can produce high quality organic wine without chemical synthesis molecules that pollute the environment and threaten health. Producing organic wines with no added sulfites is a breakthrough that is going to spread quickly».
