The Guido Berlucchi company has adhered to the "Viva" protocol, that promotes a wine production with low environmental impact, measuring four parameters: air, water, land, vineyards.
At Vinitaly Guido Berlucchi has signed the voluntary agreement between the Ministry of Environment for sustainability through the "Viva" protocol.
Guido Berlucchi is the first Franciacorta company to join the "Viva" project, and its chief executive Ziliani says: «it is an important step towards total sustainability, a particularly felt theme in Berlucchi, where we are completing the three–year conversion to organic farming».
«We sign a voluntary agreement – Undersecretary Degani said " that represents a showcase for our wines, especially abroad. Biodiversity and sustainability are two fundamental concepts, and as Ministry we are carrying them on with conviction». «Viva – Francesco La Camera said – represents a virtuous producers’ niche, but a growing niche. Our commitment to sustainability goes on and is strengthened extending the project to new companies».
