The Brescia-born Nicola Bonera had already been elected best Ais sommelier in Italy 2010.
Now another prestigious recognition: he is Ambassador of the Classic Method 2012 .
On May 26 at the Urban Center in Rovereto (Trento) a competition was held, now in its second edition, organized by Ais Trentino with the patronage of the municipality of Rovereto and the partnership of the Association of wholesalers and small and medium-sized enterprises of the region.
The participants in the competition were the best of sommeliers: Annalisa Barison, Mario Bevione, Claudia Bondi, Stefano Cipolato, Ivana De Chiara, Sergio Garreffa, Mario Gelfi, Alberto Levi, Dennis Metz, Gianni Pasolini and Daniele Santoni.
Second classified: Claudia Bondi, winner of the 2012 Sangiovese Master
Third Prize: Dennis Metz, best sommelier Valle d'Aosta 2012.
This is the comment of the Ferrari oenologist Ruben Larentis: "Our goal is to tell the Trentino territory and the product without dosage is undoubtedly the best way to fully understand its expressiveness and best characteristics".
