"Matilde di Canossa Terre di Lambrusco" starts: 58 participating companies

As well as 58 are the companies participating in the competition dedicated to the Lambrusco "Matilde di Canossa".

The wine competition begins in these days at the Chamber of Commerce of Reggio Emilia.


There will be a total of 58 wineries in the competition, this year, and this is a sign of great interest on the part of the producers of Lambrusco. As usual, there are three categories of wine in the competition, selected through a particularly strict protocol, which will distinguish Bubbly PDO, Bubbly PGI and Sparkling PDO.

The verdict comes on Friday night at the end of the assessments that will be carried out in an anonymous way according to the method of the Union Internationale des Oenelogues.
