Carlo Catani, author and president of the Tempi di Ricupero Association, will present his book “Chilometro Consapevole” and open the masterclass. The Network of Heroic Winemakers of Recovery is made up of custodians of the land, protagonists in the vineyard and of stories that are the culture of places and people. They recover tradition in the field, reuse abandoned land and vines, always preserving and safeguarding the territories and the landscape and their biodiversity. The Recovery Winemakers Network is open and inclusive for all those who have a conscious and sustainable approach, and it is natural that it is made up of winemakers from different places, histories and paths, from young enthusiasts such as Andrea Peradotto, and the Braccia Rese group , up to established and recognized winemakers such as Mauro Giardini, Francesco Bordini, Elisabetta Foradori and Mateja Gravner. Carmelo Sgandurra, Wine critic and vice-president of the ICC international Consortium, official partner of Vini da Terre Estreme, will present the Consortium and address the topic of sustainability in wine/food pairing, leading the masterclass on the labels of the heroic wines participating in the Tempi di Ricupero project .
