"Itineraries through vineyards" the new Michelin guide

"Itineraries through vineyards – to the discovery of 750 wineries in Italy, Canton Ticino and Istria" is the new publication of Michelin where the wineries to be visited that offer the chance to taste their products have been selected.

Each chapter is dedicated to a region, for which they propose different itineraries. Each itinerary runs along 100 to 150 km, a distance designed for a day trip or a weekend. Are indicated: the main grape varieties of the territory crossed, the addresses of the cellars, which are described in detail, the places to stay overnight, all typical (no modern nor commercial hotels, but farms, bed & breakfasts, charming, historic hotels). Each chapter is finally complete with tourist information and visiting hours.
