The long-awaited and interesting Qualivita Atlas FOOD & WINE 2013 is about to be published. The work is a true "bible" of food and wine specialities certified in Italy. Qualivita Atlas FOOD&WINE 2013 was conducted under the patronage of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry, in collaboration with AICIG and FEDERDOC.
This fruitful collaboration brought to a single volume that describes all the food and wine PDO - PGI - STG Italian products registered to 24th May 2013.
The atlas aims to encourage the promotion and knowledge of Italian excellence abroad. Therefore, the English version and the digital one will be issued.
The issuing of the Qualivita Atlas FOOD&WINE 2013, will be an opportunity to give a recognition to the associations that made possible the registration of 8 new DOP:

Salame Felino IGP (Emilia Romagna)
Mela Rossa Cuneo IGP (Piedmont)
Ficodindia di San Cono DOP (Sicily)

Salmerino del Trentino IGP (Autonomous Province of Trento)
Agnello del Centro Italia IGP (Various Regions)
